'Counselling with Care' is a caring friendly counselling/advocacy service based in Knowsley & Central Liverpool. We are person-centred based counsellors and are committed to providing counselling/advocacy in a safe, confidential, diverse and non-judgemental environment.
We work with both adults & young people on an open-ended basis or for a time agreed with your counsellor. Counselling can provide the key to help you unlock your thoughts and feelings and work on key issues that are central to your wellbeing.

If you feel you need help in another area, we will sign-post you to the appropriate agency and act as an advocate for young people or vulnerable adults. We will continue to support you and ensure you get the right help.
We provide counselling/advocacy in the Knowsley area & also have rooms in Rodney Street in Central Liverpool for people living outside the Knowsley area.
